Once you have passed the gates, you enter an intimate nunnery, of which the history goes back to the year 1278. What has been a hidden cloister for centuries, is now revealing its secrets. The atmosphere is charming, which fits in the simplicity of a Neo-Gothic building. PoortAckere is shining as it used to, a nunnery with its own story....
